Information contained within estimates is subject to information submitted by the client/customer. Emerald Estimates cannot guarantee that the estimate contains the entire scope of work and Emerald Estimates cannot be held responsible for any outcome regarding the work completed on any project. Emerald Estimates cannot guarantee that the estimate will be accepted and approved by a third party insurance company or client.

Emerald Estimates does not interpret insurance policy language or make coverage decisions.

All estimates are subject to client review and approval. Emerald Estimates provides one round of revisions within a 2 week time period from when estimate was returned to client at no additional cost. After first round of revisions or after 2 week period revisions can be completed at an additional cost.
