Who We Are

Emerald Estimates is a fully remote estimating service company that is dedicated to serving you. Our mission is to decrease the stress of contractors, adjusters, and homeowners when it comes to the scope and estimating process. We have helped with thousands of estimates and our team has worked with various insurance companies. We frequently complete estimates for water damage, flood damage, wind and hail damage, fire, smoke, and soot damage, mold remediation, and more. Of course, these are just a few of the most common damages our clients need help with.

Our company was created after seeing a frequent issue in the claims process: companies miss damage. This may happen due to hiring new adjusters, high claim volume and not having enough staffing to efficiently estimate, or other reasons. Our goal with providing these services is to catch what has been overlooked and get your loss back to pre-loss condition. We are able to provide professional supplemental estimates for these overlooked damages.
